STUDY OF THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF DRILLING SHALLOW WELLS IN DIFFICULT MINING AND GEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

Abstract

Purpose. A detailed analysis of the most influential factors in the processes of

carrying out engineering and geological studies (engineering preparation of

territories) and the development of unconventional hydrocarbon deposits. These

factors are based on the fundamental rationalization of individual points of the

complex technical and technological regulations for the drilling well cycle for the

conditions of production facilities, characterized by a variety of geological and

hydrological regimes.

Methods. The features of technical and technological regulations for

performing engineering and geological studies, drilling and other related works,

during surveys (engineering preparation of the territory), as well as the design of a

cost-effective system for the development of unconventional hydrocarbon deposits

based on the introduction of modern innovative methods and funds.

Findings. Substantiated, at the level of practical methodology, individual

structural elements of the technology for conducting complex borehole engineering

and geological studies of a man-made rock mass with complex conditional

lithological properties characteristic of industrial sites of landfills and special

landfills, the functioning of which is associated with the need to construct sites for the

production and processing of the corresponding hydrocarbon raw materials. The

fundamental principles of building a cycle of specialized drilling operations have

been developed; some basic parameters of the technology for constructing shallow

production wells have been calculated; an enlarged regulation was drawn up for

carrying out measures for the engineering preparation of the territory; Mining and

geological features of well construction in strata complicated by physical and

chemical properties of technogenic soils are considered.

Originality. A significant increase in the geological information content and

reliability of performing specialized drilling and other related work during surveys

(engineering preparation of industrial territories), as well as the implementation of certain measures for the development of unconventional man-made deposits, is based

on a complete study and prediction of the manifestation and development of the entire

variety of properties of the hydrological well regime.

Practical implications. Separate components of an improved technical and

technological methodology for performing work during geological surveys

(engineering preparation of the territory) based on modern progressive industrial

principles and high economic indicators have been created; the basic principles of an

effective system for the development of unconventional hydrocarbon deposits have

been developed. The data obtained are the basis for further developments to improve

the quality and reliability of drilling and other related work in the course of

geological surveys and involvement in industrial development of man-made

hydrocarbon deposits.
