Abstract
The oxidation kinetics of static synthesized diamond nanopowders ASM5 0.1 / 0 with tungsten was investigated. The addition of tungsten was introduced with water solution (NH4)2WO4. It is shown that the introduction of tungsten with water solution (NH4)2WO4 increases its inhibitory effect.
It is shown that the use of a dissolved ammonium tungstate salt as a medium for the preparation of the initial mixture of diamond nanopowders and WO3 improves the sintering of the diamon -tungsten carbide nanocomposite. The hardness of this composite is 1.2 times that of a nanocomposite obtained without using a soluble tungsten-containing substance.
