Abstract

The paper deals with the shortcomings of the existing welded structure and manufacturing technology of PDC bits. The design and technological preparation for the production of new solid milled bits using program-controlled equipment was carried out. It is proved that the manufacturing process is less labor-intensive and the bits are of higher quality
