Abstract

The subject of the research is the analysis of the software system "ISM Personnel" created at the Institute of Information Technology on the basis of personal DBF-format databases of the institute's employees, the analysis of the functioning of software search in this system developed on the basis of these databases, the analysis of the mechanism of creating personnel orders in order to optimize the management of personnel activities.
