TO THE QUESTION OF DETERMINING BOTTOM-HOLE PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF HYDROMECHANICS DRILLING DEVICES
Abstract
The constructive solutions in individual nodes of the modernized hydromechanical devices and the definition of rational technological programs for the operation of the latter in specific geological and technical conditions for well construction through the development and implementation of progressive solutions were studied and substantiated.
The research of features of the modernized hydromechanics drilling devices, using the example of destruction of rocks of considerable hardness, was done using the modern methods of analytical analysis and experimental research, specifically methods of mathematical and physical modeling, methods of modeling and processing of the research results in the environment SolidWorks, STATGRAPHICS, МАТНСАD, control and measuring devices and materials.
Course of well rock destruction processes was modeled on the special laboratory stand, equipped by a control and measuring block (flowmeter, manometer, tachometer, traversing system).
The basic ways to improve bore hole hydromechanical technologies are determined. Fundamental conditions of planning of structural schemes of devices, which will actualize the destruction methods which combine in itself the most productive and effective methods of impact on a rock massif, are formulated. The number of significant factors, specific to actualization of bore hole hydromechanical technologies, is determined, in particular: geometrical sizes and form of destruction balls, as well as physical condition of their surface; structural execution of mechanical rock destruction organs of devices; amount of balls, which simultaneously take part in forming of different parts of coalface bore hole. It is proven that the designed structural schemes of hydromechanical drilling devices, in case of optimal technical manufacturing and technological working, can be recommended for usage in corresponding geology-and-technique terms in which realization of other methods is inefficient or limited.
Forming of peripheral part of coalface is an inferior factor, determined by manufacturing of devices; effective building bore holes possibly only to introduction in the complement of devices hydromechanical drilling additional individual assembles which allow usage of certain technological methods.
The results of laboratory and analytical research are basic for planning of regime parameters of bore hole deepening using the hydromechanical devices. Data on the study of coalface working processes of hydromechanical technologies can be basis for justification of structural and technological parameters of the modernized impact drilling devices
